The Practice
Built on advice
clients could act on.
Bond began with a straightforward conviction: business owners arriving in the UAE deserve a direct answer, a fixed cost and one team that stays with the file. Everything since — licensing, visas, tax, accounting and PRO work — has been built around that.

The Practice
A licence can be issued in a week. Judgement is accumulated far more slowly.
Philosophy
We were not established to process applications. We were established to be the firm a principal calls before deciding anything.
Bond Business Services was built on a straightforward observation: the difficult part of establishing a company in the Emirates is rarely the filing. It is knowing which questions matter, in which order, and what a decision made this month will cost or save three years from now.
So the practice was organised around counsel rather than throughput. Senior advisers who sit opposite the same government departments week after week. Files that stay with the person who opened them. Advice given plainly, including when it is not what a client hoped to hear.
MISSION
To give entrepreneurs and international businesses a considered, lawful and durable route into the United Arab Emirates — and the counsel to keep growing once they are here.
Practically, that means structures chosen for the business rather than the fee, obligations explained before they fall due, and a standard of attention that does not change with the size of the mandate.
VISION
To be counted among the most respected corporate advisory firms in the Emirates — recognised not for volume, but for trust earned and kept over decades.
We would like Bond to be the name a family office passes to the next generation, and the name a board hears when it asks who holds their interests in the region.
Our approach
The same four commitments, on every mandate we accept.
01
We listen before we advise
Every mandate opens with the commercial reality, not a product list. Where revenue will be earned, who will own it, how quickly it must begin. The structure follows from that conversation — never the reverse.
02
One adviser, accountable
A named senior adviser holds your file from the first meeting through every renewal. You are never re-explaining your business to a new department, and nothing is passed to a queue.
03
Nothing quoted that is not needed
Costs are set out in full before any application is lodged — authority fees, third-party charges and our own. If an element can be removed without weakening the structure, we say so.
04
The relationship outlives the licence
Formation is the opening chapter. Tax positions, audits, amendments, renewals and expansion all arrive later, and they arrive to advisers who already know the history.
Values
Seven principles, written down early and used since as the test for whether we take a mandate at all.
Integrity
We give the same advice in a private meeting that we would defend in front of a regulator.
Excellence
Documents are checked twice, filings are made early, and detail is treated as a matter of respect.
Transparency
Costs, timelines and risks are stated in full at the outset — including the ones that are inconvenient.
Commitment
A mandate is accepted only when we can hold it to the standard we describe, for as long as it runs.
Innovation
Regulation in the Emirates moves quickly; our guidance is rewritten the week it changes, not the year after.
Partnership
We measure a year by the clients who returned to us, not by the licences issued in it.
Professionalism
Discretion, punctuality and a considered answer — the ordinary courtesies, held without exception.
The client journey
Six stages, held in sequence.
Dates belong to a company history. What matters to a client is the order of events — and knowing, at any moment, exactly where their file sits.
I
Understanding your goals
A working conversation about the business itself — markets, ownership, capital and intent — before any authority or licence is named.
II
Strategic planning
A written recommendation setting out jurisdiction, legal form, activity scope, tax position and residency, with the reasoning for each.
III
Business formation
Reservations, approvals, documentation and incorporation prepared and lodged in sequence, with progress reported rather than requested.
IV
Government coordination
Immigration, labour, municipality and sector authorities handled through established channels by the people who deal with them daily.
V
Operational support
Banking introductions, visas, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and corporate tax registered and maintained so the company trades cleanly from day one.
VI
Long-term growth
Amendments, additional entities, restructuring and annual compliance, advised by the same team that established the original licence.
Why clients stay
Because the second conversation is easier than the first — and the tenth needs no introduction at all.
Most of our work each year comes from companies we established some time ago and from the people they introduce. That is the only measure of an advisory relationship we consider meaningful: whether a client, having seen how we work, chooses to keep us.

Response standard on live matters
We take on few mandates, and we intend to hold each of them for a very long time.
That commitment is the whole of our commercial model. What follows is simply how it is put into practice — the disciplines through which a company is formed, licensed, taxed, staffed and kept in good standing.
