We collect only what is required to advise you and to satisfy the regulatory obligations placed upon a licensed corporate service provider in the United Arab Emirates. In practice this means your name and contact details, the commercial context of your enquiry, and — where a mandate proceeds — the identity, shareholding and source-of-funds documentation that authorities require of us.

Information reaches us in three ways: directly from you in conversation or correspondence, through the enquiry form on this website, and from public registries or authorities in the course of a filing made on your behalf.

Your information is used to prepare advice, submit applications, maintain your entity in good standing, and respond to lawful requests from the relevant authority. It is not used for profiling, it is not sold, and it is never passed to a third party for their own marketing purposes.

Where a submission requires disclosure to a government department, free zone authority, bank or auditor, we share only the documents that submission calls for, and we tell you which body has received them.

Client records are retained for the period required by UAE anti-money-laundering and corporate legislation, and no longer than is prudent thereafter. Enquiry correspondence that does not become a mandate is retained for twenty-four months so that a returning enquirer is not asked the same questions twice, then deleted.

Files are held on access-controlled systems, with privileges limited to the advisers engaged on your matter and the partners who supervise them. Documents are transmitted through encrypted channels. Physical originals are kept in a secured office at our registered address.

This website uses only the technical storage required to serve pages and remember your preferences. We do not deploy advertising trackers. Aggregate, non-identifying measurements may be used to understand which pages are read, and nothing in that measurement identifies you personally.

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that information be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Requests are answered by a senior adviser, in writing, within thirty days.
