Business trade licences
The right commercial, professional, industrial or tourism licence for what you actually sell.

The counsel
The licence category shapes the company more than its name does. A commercial licence covers buying and selling goods; a professional licence covers services delivered through expertise, and typically requires attested qualifications and a named manager; an industrial licence brings municipality, civil defence and environmental review into the process; tourism and hospitality activities answer to their own authority entirely. Choosing the wrong category is not fatal, but correcting it means a fresh application, a new approval cycle and, at times, a stalled banking relationship. We map your intended revenue lines against the authority's activity list, group them so future work does not trigger an amendment, obtain any external approvals the activities attract, and manage issue and annual renewal so the licence never lapses unnoticed.
