The counsel
Hiring in the UAE is a regulated process. Quota approval, offer letters in the prescribed form, MOHRE or free-zone labour contracts, entry permits, medical screening, Emirates ID registration, health insurance and, for mainland employers, enrolment in the Wages Protection System all need to be in place before a first salary is paid. Errors surface later as fines, blocked renewals or a labour claim that a properly drafted contract would have avoided. We run this as an ongoing service: quota planning ahead of a hiring round, documentation prepared in advance of a candidate's arrival, renewals and cancellations tracked so no employee's status lapses unnoticed, and end-of-service settlements calculated correctly when a role ends.
