Company liquidation
A full, documented deregistration that closes every file the licence opened.

The counsel
A company that is simply abandoned does not disappear. Licence penalties accrue, immigration files stay open, directors are recorded as associated with a delinquent entity, and future applications are refused. A proper closure protects the people behind it. We manage the full deregistration: shareholder resolution and appointment of a liquidator, employee settlements and visa cancellations, closure of the establishment card and immigration file, clearance certificates from utilities, telecoms, customs and the bank, final tax and VAT deregistration, newspaper publication where required, and the liquidator's report. Assets are distributed and records archived in line with the retention rules, and the engagement concludes with the deregistration certificate in the client's hands and nothing left outstanding.
