International expansion
The UAE entity used as a base to expand across the Gulf and beyond.

The counsel
For many clients, the UAE entity is a headquarters rather than a destination. From here, businesses expand into the wider Gulf, into Africa and South Asia, and back into Europe and North America through a structure that is treaty-connected and reputationally sound. We advise on branch versus subsidiary, which activities are better held locally and which centralised, the substance required to support the arrangement, and the practical infrastructure — banking, payroll, invoicing and residency — a distributed group needs to function. Where a foreign company is entering the UAE instead, the same work runs in reverse: a branch registration or subsidiary, local documentation attested from the home jurisdiction, and a single point of contact between the parent board and every department here.
