Payroll sits where employment law, immigration status and accounting meet, and it does not tolerate approximation. We operate the full cycle: monthly calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime and deductions; WPS file preparation and submission through the bank; payslips issued to staff; gratuity and leave accruals carried correctly in the ledger; and end-of-service settlements computed in line with UAE labour law when someone departs. Confidentiality is maintained absolutely — senior remuneration is handled by the engagement lead, not circulated internally. For companies with staff split across mainland and free-zone entities, we reconcile the differing obligations into one reporting pack, so an owner sees a single consolidated cost of employment.
